Meet Aya
Aya Emam is a Property Consultant, Investment Advisor, and Portfolio Manager based in Abu Dhabi. Working with PSI, she advises clients seeking clarity in the UAE property market rather than a high-pressure sales process.
Her approach is consultative: understanding each client’s circumstances, objectives, and investment horizon first—then identifying opportunities that genuinely fit. This may mean an investment property, a primary home, an off-plan acquisition, or simply a clearer reading of the market.
Before real estate, Aya built her career in enterprise technology, working with leading IT hyperscalers as a Cloud Solutions Architect and Channel Sales Manager. She partnered with enterprise clients and technology partners to shape cloud strategies, design scalable solutions, and drive commercial growth. This experience informs her disciplined, analytical approach to property investment and portfolio management.
She holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Digital Media Engineering and Technology from the German University in Cairo.
Aya shares insights on Abu Dhabi’s evolving investment landscape, covering waterfront destinations, branded residences, and commercial and residential opportunities across areas such as Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, and Al Maryah Island—always with the same emphasis: look beyond advertised yield and invest with intention.
